כּוּסְפָּאm. (כְּסַף) paring, husk; כ׳ דתמרי substance of ground dates after the juice is pressed out. Taan.24b אכ׳ דת׳ קיימי דקא מזדבן they stand around a mass of ground dates which is to be sold (there being a famine). Sabb.50b כ׳ דיסמין puppy pomace flavored with jasmin (used for a lotion).
